Martin, DDS
Dr. Martin held the position of President of the Texas Section 7th International College of Dentist in 2010. She organized the Great Expectations Mentoring Program at the UTHSC Dental School in San Antonio in 2009. Dr. Martin also served on, and as, President of 2001-2010 AAWD Executive Board of Directors

Dr. Martin was
President of the San Antonio District Dental Society 2008-2009 and held every office prior. She continues to provide leadership and mentorship..
Dr. Martin served on the 2005-2009 Board of Directors
of the 7,500 member Texas Dental Association (TDA).
Dr. Martin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree
in biology from St. Edward's University in Austin in 1979, her
Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1985 from the University of Texas
Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School; and a Master of
Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University in San
Antonio in 1997.
Dr. Martin participates in all three levels
of the organized dentistry tripartite system, including the local
San Antonio District Dental Society, the Texas Dental Association
and the national American Dental Association . She has held many positions since 1985.
